Sea Pines

Sea Pines was the first gated community developed on Hilton Head Island. It is located at the south end of the Island and has the longest stretch of beach of any oceanfront community. There is much to do in Sea Pines with four 18 hole championship golf courses - including the famed Harbour Town Golf Links where the The Heritage of Golf is held each year, a multitude of tennis courts, two full service marinas, retail shops & restaurants, bike trails, and miles of pristine sandy beaches.
